Sony, Amazon, Nintendo Sued Over Tariff Refunds While Panic Voluntarily Returns Money to Customers

Sony, Amazon, and Nintendo face class-action lawsuits alleging they kept tariff refunds after a February 2026 Supreme Court ruling invalidated the Trump tariff regime.
