Anthropic Has Committed Over $60 Billion in Compute Spending Across Six Partners in Five Months

Since April 2026, Anthropic has signed compute agreements totaling over $60 billion across at least six partners: Amazon (5 GW expansion), Google/Broadcom, SpaceX ($1.25 billion/month), AMD ($5 billion), Volta ($10 billion, Norway), and Nscale ($45 billion, West Virginia). The aggregate capacity reaches multiple gigawatts. Most comes online in late 2027 or later, betting inference demand will absorb it.
