Ringg processes 20 million monthly voice AI calls for Flipkart, Cred, Practo after pivot from text-to-speech

Bengaluru-based Ringg, which began as a text-to-speech startup called DesiVocal, pivoted to enterprise voice AI agents and now processes 20 million call attempts monthly across customers including Cred, Flipkart, Practo, Groww, and PolicyBazaar. Voice calls account for over 70% of revenue. Peak XV Partners added $10 million in Series A extension funding on August 25, 2026, bringing the round to $15.5 million.
