Ringg hits 20 million monthly voice AI calls for major Indian fintech and e-commerce clients

Bengaluru's Ringg, originally a text-to-speech startup called DesiVocal, pivoted to voice AI agents — automated phone systems that converse with callers using AI. It now handles 20 million monthly calls for Flipkart, Cred, Practo, Groww, and PolicyBazaar, with voice generating over 70% of revenue. Peak XV added $10 million to its Series A on August 25, 2026, bringing the round to $15.5 million.
