Judge allows prosecutors to cross-examine Alan Jones witness over "pigs" texts targeting SMH journalist

Judge Glenn Walsh permitted prosecutors to cross-examine former 2GB broadcaster Jason Morrison using text messages calling the Sydney Morning Herald and journalist Kate McClymont "pigs." Morrison had testified for the defence at Jones's indecent assault trial. That same reporting by McClymont prompted alleged victims to come forward, leading to the police investigation. Morrison denied "tailoring" his evidence to assist Jones.
