Oregon Five-Homicide Suspect Found Dead by Suicide in Washington State
Authorities identified 36-year-old Benjamin Charles Parker as the suspect in the deaths of five people found Saturday at a rural home near Forest Grove, Oregon. Parker was found dead in his vehicle in Enumclaw, Washington, roughly 260 miles away; investigators believe he died by suicide. Deceased domesticated animals were also found at the scene. Sheriff Caprice Massey called it the most complex scene in her 22-year tenure. Detectives do not believe the killings were random. Victim identities, causes of death, and any relationship to Parker have not been disclosed.
