No trace after seven days: search for missing 18-year-old hiker in Nattai National Park continues

Lily Hooper, 18, has been missing since 12 August 2026 after hiking in Nattai National Park, 90km south-west of Sydney. She reached Bonnum Pic summit that morning and was reported missing that evening. Seven days of multi-agency ground and aerial searches, including thermal imaging, have found no trace of her or her belongings. Her family described themselves as "absolutely devastated."
