Ukraine cuts grain export forecast up to 12% after Russian strikes destroy third of port capacity

Ukraine reduced its 2026/27 grain export forecast by up to 12% after Russian strikes on the Odesa port hub eliminated roughly a third of the country's grain export capacity.
