Goldman Sachs to Acquire NEOS Investments for Up to $2.25 Billion

Goldman Sachs agreed on August 12, 2026 to acquire NEOS Investments for up to $2.25 billion, adding $30 billion across 19 options-based income ETFs to its asset management division. The deal — Goldman's largest ETF-platform acquisition — is expected to close in Q1 2027. NEOS will operate independently until then.
