Alpha Violet Takes International Sales on Uruguayan Dark Comedy "Prince" Ahead of LFF World Premiere

Paris-based Alpha Violet has acquired international sales rights to "Prince," a Spanish-language dark comedy from Uruguayan filmmaker Federico Borgia, his solo feature debut, Variety reports. The film — a butler forced to serve his dead employer's inherited Afghan Hound in Punta del Este — world-premieres at the 70th BFI London Film Festival, running 7–18 October 2026. Keiko Funato negotiated for Alpha Violet; Montelona's Pancho Magnou Arnábal for the producers.
