B.B. King Estate Announces Authorized Documentary with Director Leslie Small Attached

The B.B. King Music Company and Estate have announced an authorized feature documentary on the blues legend, who died in 2015 at 89. Leslie Small is set to direct; Vassal Benford executive produces. Winter State Entertainment produces with the estate, granting access to archival materials. No distribution or release plans are confirmed yet, Variety reported.
