Dethroned Miss North Carolina's Attorney Claims Pageant Officials Admitted No Legal Basis for Her Removal

Brittany Boltinhouse's attorney, Patrick Mincey, says his firm obtained recorded statements of pageant officials acknowledging no "legitimate or legal basis" existed for stripping her Miss North Carolina USA title. Mincey is threatening legal action against Miss USA and Miss Universe. Boltinhouse was removed after resurfaced posts showed her using racial slurs. No lawsuit has been filed.
