Dethroned Miss North Carolina's Lawyer: Pageant Officials Admitted No Legal Basis for Removal

Attorney Patrick Mincey says his firm obtained recordings of pageant officials acknowledging no legitimate or legal basis existed for stripping Brittany Boltinhouse's Miss North Carolina USA title. Mincey threatens legal action against Miss USA and Miss Universe. Boltinhouse was removed after resurfaced posts showed her using racial slurs. No lawsuit has been filed yet.
