Intel Challenges AMD's Handheld Gaming Dominance with Standardized Chip Design

Intel launched Arc G-Series processors in May 2026 for handheld gaming devices, built on standardized rather than custom designs. Unlike AMD's bespoke chips tailored to individual manufacturers, Intel's approach allows multiple OEMs to use the same platform, potentially shortening development timelines.
