AWS Brings AI Systems into Corporate Data Centers

Amazon has launched AI Factories, which lets companies and governments run AWS AI systems in their own data centers instead of the public cloud. Using NVIDIA GPUs, the service targets organizations bound by data sovereignty or regulatory rules. It marks a shift: cloud leaders including Microsoft and Google now offer hybrid setups, recognizing that cloud-only models shut them out of regulated industries.
