Spotify Expands Podcast Sharing With Global Clip Feature

Spotify has rolled out podcast clipping to all mobile users worldwide as of 27 May 2026. The feature lets listeners capture and trim moments from episodes, then share them with friends or post elsewhere. Available to both Free and Premium subscribers, clips are saved to a library. Early tests suggest the ability to share specific moments drives higher podcast engagement overall.
