Emirates NBD hits record AED 16.2B pre-tax profit in H1 2026

Emirates NBD posted a record AED 16.2 billion pre-tax profit for H1 2026, up 5% year-over-year, its 23 July release showed. Growth cooled from Q1's 6% pace. Q2 contributed roughly AED 8.0 billion by implication — a mild sequential step-down. One basis point equals 0.01 percentage point.
