Emirates NBD reports record AED 16.2B profit for first half of 2026

Emirates NBD earned a record AED 16.2 billion profit before tax in the first half of 2026, up 5% from a year earlier, per its 23 July release. Growth slowed from the 6% pace set early in the year. Q2 contributed about AED 8.0 billion, a slight dip from the prior quarter.
