Cybersecurity startup Glow launches with $180M Series A at $1.2B valuation

Glow, a Palo Alto cybersecurity startup founded in 2025, exited stealth on July 22, 2026 with a $180 million all-equity Series A at a $1.2 billion valuation. Nine investors joined the round, including Sequoia Capital, Greenoaks, Lux Capital, and Index Ventures. CEO Roi Tiger, formerly Meta's VP of engineering, leads a team already serving paying enterprise customers across healthcare, retail, and financial services.
