Xteink's $99 X4 Pro E-Reader Adds Touchscreen, Phone Mounting Magnets

Xteink launched the $99 X4 Pro e-reader on July 21, 2026. The 4.26-inch E Ink display gains a touchscreen and front light missing from prior models. Rear magnets and a pogo-pin connector attach it to compatible smartphones as a companion screen. A microSD slot and planned third-party CrossPoint firmware support the open-hardware pitch.
