NYC Mayor Mamdani Says Netanyahu "Belongs in The Hague" — Senator Fetterman Pushes Back

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani told The New York Times (July 18) that Israeli PM Netanyahu "belongs in The Hague" — shorthand for the International Criminal Court — and said he was in "active conversation" with the city about it. Senator Fetterman publicly warned him July 19 against ordering Netanyahu's arrest. Mamdani did not explain what legal mechanism a mayor could actually invoke.
