U.S. Sanctions LockBit Leader, Disrupts a Quarter of All Ransomware Attacks
The Treasury Department designated Dmitry Yuryevich Khoroshev as LockBit's leader and imposed sanctions on him and his network. The disruption marks one of the most significant enforcement actions against ransomware to date.
