Kinnock Says Burnham Is Set on Rejoining the EU

Former Labour leader Neil Kinnock says Prime Minister Andy Burnham is genuinely committed to rejoining the EU. In an Oct. 12 interview with Italy's la Repubblica, Kinnock called rejoining Burnham's objective. Burnham says rejoining is one option and 'the British public will be the boss.' EU capitals will watch if that intent lasts beyond elections.
