Kinnock Claims Burnham Is Committed to Taking Britain Back Into EU

Former Labour leader Neil Kinnock told la Repubblica in an interview published Oct. 12 that Prime Minister Andy Burnham has an 'authentic commitment' to taking Britain back into the EU, saying Burnham's objective is rejoining. Burnham himself says rejoining is among options and "the British public will be the boss". EU capitals will likely test whether intent survives electoral cycles.
