Carvajal joins Getafe on free after 23 years at Real Madrid

Dani Carvajal has joined Getafe on a free transfer after 23 years at Real Madrid. The Madrid-born right-back, 34, was without a club since his deal expired in June. He signed until June next year, according to BBC Sport. Getafe sat 11th in La Liga at the announcement. A captain starts again across the city.
