Former Labour chief Neil Kinnock says Prime Minister Andy Burnham really wants Britain to rejoin the EU, the group of European countries it left. Kinnock spoke to Italy's la Repubblica on Oct. 12. Burnham says rejoining is one choice and 'the British public will be the boss.' European leaders will check if the plan lasts past the next vote.
