ACT says spending plan would cut debt by $12.4 billion

ACT has released its 'Cut the Waste, Grow the Country' plan while campaigning, which it says would cut debt by $12.4 billion with no new taxes. Leader David Seymour says the fully costed plan cuts wasteful spending to get back to surplus — spending less than the Government earns — and leave room for future shocks, the party says.
