ACT has unveiled its 'Cut the Waste, Grow the Country' fiscal plan on the election campaign trail, which the party says will lower debt by $12.4 billion with no new taxes. Leader David Seymour says the fully-costed plan would cut wasteful spending to return to surplus and leave room for future shocks, according to the party.
