ACT says it would cut debt with no new taxes

ACT has released its 'Cut the Waste, Grow the Country' plan while campaigning. It says it would cut debt by $12.4 billion, with no new taxes. Leader David Seymour says the fully costed plan cuts wasteful spending to return to surplus, like a household spending less than it earns, leaving room for future shocks, the party says.
