Co-op Legal Services Scores Probate Calls With AI

Co-op Legal Services is recording and analysing probate, wills and estates calls, with AI awarding percentage scores. The monitoring began in the last couple of months before 8 October 2026 and covers dozens of staff. Co-op says it is solely a support tool to help managers coach staff and improve service for clients.
