Co-op Legal Services uses AI to score probate advice calls

Co-op Legal Services is using AI to record, analyse and award percentage scores to phone calls about probate, wills and estates. The monitoring, introduced in the last couple of months before 8 October 2026, covers dozens of staff. Co-op says the system is solely a support tool to help leaders support colleagues and improve client experience.
