Co-op Uses Computers to Grade Calls About Wills

Co-op Legal Services is recording and reviewing phone calls about wills and handling affairs after death, with computers giving each call a score out of 100. The checks started in the last couple of months before 8 October 2026 and cover dozens of workers. Co-op says the system is only to help managers support staff and serve clients better.
