Labour promises big airlines must refund cancelled flights

Labour would make major airlines refund passengers automatically if a flight is cancelled or changed a lot, RNZ and 1News reported on 7 October. Labour says the policy is part of its air travel plan for the 2026 election. Labour says it would apply to the big carriers.
