Labour: airlines must refund cancelled flights

Labour says big airlines would have to pay passengers back without being asked if a flight is cancelled or changed a lot, RNZ and 1News reported on 7 October. Labour says the idea is part of its plan for air travel at the 2026 election. Labour says it would cover the major airlines.
