Pharmacy owner seeks wider treatments by pharmacists

Green Cross Health, which owns Unichem and Life Pharmacies, has asked all political parties to let pharmacists treat more everyday conditions and to improve pharmacy funding. In an open letter on 7 October, chief executive Rachael Newfield said the change would take pressure off emergency departments and GP clinics, RNZ reported.
