Green Cross Health urges parties to widen pharmacist treatments

Green Cross Health published an open letter on 7 October calling on all political parties to commit to wider pharmacist treatments and better pharmacy funding, RNZ reported. The Unichem and Life Pharmacies owner says letting pharmacists treat more common conditions would ease pressure on emergency departments and general practice. Chief executive Rachael Newfield made the call, according to RNZ.
