DistroKid Pulled Tracks After UMG Claims, Disputes Lawsuit

Music distributor DistroKid removed a very small number of recordings from streaming services in direct response to claims by Universal Music Group (UMG), the large record label, the company confirmed to The Verge. VP of Artist Services Amanda Ferri gave the scale. DistroKid said it strongly disputes the allegations behind UMG's lawsuit.
