UEFA investigates spitting allegation in Ireland-Israel draw

UEFA is investigating an allegation that an Israel player spat at Republic of Ireland head of athletic performance Damien Doyle. The accusation came during a half-time fracas in the 1-1 Nations League draw on 4 October in Backa Topola, Serbia. UEFA says an Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector will examine potential misconduct.
