$10B AI data-center venture from KKR, NVIDIA, Vistra

Over $10 billion is lined up for a new AI infrastructure firm, Helix Digital Infrastructure, launched by KKR with NVIDIA and Vistra Corp., KKR says. Committed capital means pledged, not yet spent. The pot is large enough to build several big data centers without fresh fundraising each time.
