KKR launches $10B AI infrastructure company with NVIDIA, Vistra

KKR has launched Helix Digital Infrastructure with NVIDIA and Vistra Corp., with over $10 billion in committed capital, according to KKR. Committed capital is money pledged by investors, not yet spent. That scale matters because it can fund multiple large data-center builds without returning to markets for each project.
