Florida seeks pause on ChatGPT pending safety review

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier asked Highlands County's 10th Judicial Circuit Court for an emergency injunction, a fast court order, to pause OpenAI's ChatGPT work until an outside reviewer approves safety guardrails.
