Florida asks court to halt ChatGPT development pending safety guardrails

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier asked the 10th Judicial Circuit Court in Highlands County for an emergency injunction to stop OpenAI developing ChatGPT until a third party approves safety guardrails.
