East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust apologised fully to the family of three-year-old Noah Woods after ten staff opened his medical files without permission following his disappearance. The ten were taken off duty during an investigation and could face discipline. The trust notified the Information Commissioner's Office, Britain's data-privacy regulator.
