Hospital Says Sorry After Workers Looked at Missing 3-Year-Old's Private Files

East Suffolk and North Essex hospital group said sorry to the family of three-year-old Noah Woods after ten workers opened his private medical files, like a sealed diary, without permission after he went missing. The ten were sent home while managers investigate and decide punishment. The group told the Information Commissioner's Office, Britain's privacy watchdog.
