Morocco elects 395-seat lower house September 23

Morocco held legislative elections on September 23, 2026, to choose the House of Representatives, its lower house of parliament. More than 15.8 million people were registered to vote, with 27 parties competing for 395 seats. After the count, the king appoints the head of government from the leading party.
