AFL caps contact training at all 18 clubs from men's pre-season

All 18 AFL clubs must cap contact training from the men's pre-season, with 60–120 minutes of high-intensity contact allowed per week depending on phase. No back-to-back high-intensity days. Clubs must audit sessions and supply training vision on request. The limits follow 2023 coroner's findings into Shane Tuck's CTE diagnosis and take effect for both men's and women's seasons in 2027.
