Carrie Underwood Closes Velocity Festival Set with Nu-Metal Covers at Field of Dreams Site

Carrie Underwood closed her headlining set at Iowa's Velocity Festival on September 5 with nu-metal covers: Collective Soul's 'Shine', Papa Roach's 'Scars', Linkin Park's 'One Step Closer' and Limp Bizkit's 'Break Stuff'. She wore a backward red cap during the Limp Bizkit number. The festival ran on the 193-acre Dyersville farm used in the 1989 film 'Field of Dreams'. Billboard reported the performance.
