Universal Music to programme Denmark Street venue The Lower Third

UMG's hospitality arm, UMHL, will lead programming and operations at The Lower Third on London's Denmark Street, coordinating bookings with Universal's global artist roster. The venue occupies the former 12 Bar Club site. The deal, announced September 2 with Outernet London, also covers UMG's first UK hotel, due Q4 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
