Apple Lands 'The Waffle House Index' Starring Inde Navarrette

Apple Original Films has landed rights to "The Waffle House Index," a 2025 Black List screenplay by Andrew Nunnelly, with a seven-figure deal per The Hollywood Reporter. Inde Navarrette will star and executive produce; Plan B produces, Louis Paxton directs. Navarrette recently landed Rogue in Marvel's X-Men and starred in "Obsession," which has grossed over $505 million worldwide.
