Primary Wave Music partnered with the estate of Wilson Pickett, announced September 2, covering a stake in the late singer's music publishing catalog and his name, image, and likeness rights — the commercial right to use an artist's identity in advertising and merchandising. Financial terms were not disclosed. The catalog includes 'In the Midnight Hour,' 'Mustang Sally,' and 'Land of 1000 Dances.'
